An Apostille is simply the name for a specialized certificate attached to a foreign bound document, issued by the California Secretary of State. The Apostille, which contains a stamped red seal, is attached to your original document to certify that the Notary Public is a legitimate and licensed public official, or your document is a valid document with genuine authorized signatures of county or state government officials and will be accepted by one of the other countries who are members of the Hague Apostille Convention, of the year 1961. 

Our Los Angeles Apostille service team handles each order with a high priority. We will process your document and expedite our service through the Secretary of State. A 24 hour turn-around time is required typically, but rush orders are accepted (same day) extra rush fee applies.

There is a FEDERAL APOSTILLE available. This is for FBI and DOJ background checks. This is done by the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT and takes seven to ten business days turnaround time to complete.
